Meet Mystic Mile
MYSTIC MILE delivers a dynamic blend of pop, jazz, and blues .... evocative, but tasteful and never overbearing.
Vocalist AMY McFARLAND inhabits every song that she sings, bringing the lyrics to life in a way that always engages the audience.
Together with the seasoned trio of BOB BORGMANN on guitar, GARY SABOURIN on bass, and DAVE KOENIG on drums, Amy casts her spell on music from a wide range of artists, including Van Morrison, Joni Mitchell, Etta James, Sting, Blind Faith, Diana Krall, Steely Dan, James Taylor, Amy Winehouse, and Robben Ford.

AMY McFARLAND - Cincinnati, Ohio based Amy McFarland is a multi-genre vocal sensation. She brings an authentic soulfulness to the Jazz, American song book, big band, blues, rock, and pop genres. In addition, Amy's musical projects include fronting her own jazz ensemble as well as a high energy pop, blues, Americana collaboration.
BOB BORGMANN - A long-time Cincinnati guitarist, Bob brings a variety of influences from blues, rock, classical and jazz to a style that serves the song first. Besides various rock and blues bands over the years, Bob played with The Cincinnati Guitar Trio (a classical guitar group) for 20 years. He currently makes up half of the popular instrumental guitar duo The Verbs and is also the guitarist for The Lady Joya Band, a 7-piece R&B group.
GARY SABOURIN - Gary has been a long-time bassist in the Cincinnati blues and rock scene. Growing up in northern Ohio in the "garage band" era, Gary started playing in bands in grade school. Cream, Jimi Hendrix, and Doors were his main staples until transitioning to blues in earnest. Gary has settled in nicely with the unique, multi-genre, soulful sound of Mystic Mile.
DAVE KOENIG = Dave is a drummer. He plays with two pieces of lumber. And not just in summer. Dave has done rock, with timing like a clock. And played with pizzaz with all the jazz. And Blues with the Merchants, with licks smooth as serpents. Nothing but swing with the The Monday Night Big Band has held this band's drummer's chair for 36 years. And always enjoys playing with his peers. Now he also does a different style, And does it with a smile because now he plays with Mystic Mile.
Please note, dear readers, Dave is not trying to brag big time, just an attempt at a silly rhyme.
